Today a major changed happened in my life! I got my braces off! I didn't think it would hurt to get my braces off, but it did. They had to do all kinds of stuff. The details are too gross to write about. But other than that my teeth look good! I'm kind of tired and it seems pointless to keep writing about stuff because people aren't even reading this.

Procrastination
It's Sunday! And Sunday means everyone stays home to do the homework that they procrastinated on! Yup. I'm included in that group. But other than homework; today I went to church. Then ate ice cream at Baskin Robin. I tried the new flavor of the month which is "Lucky Mint." It's chocolate ice cream with bits of mint and oreo cookie. It's different. After that we had to stop and get gas. We BARELY made it to the gas station.
Today I bought my first electric shaver! So yeah...we'll see how that goes. It's got a trimmer and everything. It's cordless as well. When I came home I parked one of our cars next to the curb in front of our neighbors car, leaving just enough room for me to practice parallel parking between them. It was pretty brutal. I always cut too early and end up being too far away from the curb. I just have to keep practicing.
Now I have to do cornell notes for my APUSH class. That's AP US History. It's pretty much a cover up name for hell. So that homework assignment will probably take me about 3-4 hours.
I also have another Behind the Wheel lesson today. I think the teachers are going to take me on the freeway! I hope that goes okay. Anyways, I better start homework.

Parallel Parking.
Just back from my third Behind the Wheel lesson. The lesson today was parking. So first I just practiced pulling up to the curb. That was no problem because I practiced that a lot before. Then came the perpendicular parking. Just plain ol' fashion straight parking. That is still pretty difficult for me to do. I'm always too far to one side of the stall. Last but not least was parallel parking. The first time wasn't too bad. I wasn't too far away from the curb. But I hit the curb once while I was reversing. The second time was the worst! I had to adjust about 5 times before I got it and I was still pretty far from the curb. The third time was nearly perfect! I was about a foot away from the curb which I guess is good for the drivers test. I'm probably going to set up two workbench horses outside my house by the curb to practice parallel parking.

It's Saturdaaaaay!
First thing on the to do list for my saturday was to go to the orthodontist this morning for a meeting about getting my braces off! It's been almost two years. Then I sat at home and did nothing...But later, at 4:30PM I have a Behind The Wheel lesson. I made a drivers test appointment for March 21. But I still have 3 more lessons after today. Haha the goal was to get my license for prom and Spring Break. Hopefully I pass! When I start driving I will be in an '84 El Camino. I hope everyone has a good Saturday and rest of the weekend! And once again...I'm writing semi-insightful blogs to nobodyyyy. Where y'all at!?

Weekend!
It's Aloha Friday in Hawaii nei! It's also storming! Fantastic.
Got nothing better to do than blog and play guitar.
Highlight of the day: I made an awesome weld in my engineering class today. Usually my welds are terrible but I made a really nice looking one today.
Worst part of the day: Math Quiz. Need I say more? It was probably the hardest quiz ever made.
Oh I forgot to tell everyone that I'm in a relationship. Almost 5 months! Things are going pretty darn good. So I'm writing this long semi-insightful blog posts with no followers. Where is everybody? :'(

Every Time!
Every single time I eat something it always falls on my lap and stains my clothes. EVERY SINGLE TIME! So this morning I'm eating my toasted bagel with Nutella spread. So obviously the Nutella is the perpetrator in this specific occasion. And another thing! I never see the stain until I'm done eating. I got a really small stain on my thigh from the Nutella and it looks like a period stain like in the movie SuperBad. If you didn't see that movie...I suggest don't watch it with your parents. Anyway, so I have to go through the rest of my school day with a little chocolate stain on my thigh.

So here we go ladies and gentlemen. It's tiiiiime! This right here is my first blog. Not really sure what to write about...
Okay I got it! So I titled this blog, "That Kid is High on Life" because I remember my Uncle used that phrase to describe me to my parents. Think about it! Being high on life...
It seems like a pretty amazing thing to me. The fact that someone enjoys life so much that they just can't get enough of it. I suppose my Uncle was right to describe me like that. I do enjoy life a lot. We all should! Why waste life sitting around and blogging on the computer? Haha nah I started this blog because it would seem like another fun aspect to add to LIFE. LIFE! Like the cereal. I never ate that cereal before. Or The Game of Life! I liked that game a lot. Although it was awkward when received your kids. K anyways, getting off topic.
Life: A characteristic state or mode of living.
That definition just makes life seem so boring. To anyone out there reading this! Life is not boring! You get as much out of life as you put into it. Sit on your ass all day and life will make you fat. Get out and do something and life will go out and find something amazing for you.
